NH Collection Medellin Royal

NH Collection was a wonderful, business-grade hotel with all the amenities. The room was fantastic - quite large with a super comfortable bed and very nice shower/bathroom area. The pool area and grounds were lovely as well, and the restaurant was great (breakfast buffet was amazing!). The best part of the hotel though was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly (genuinely so) and very helpful at all times. I would stay here again anytime!

This was the perfect place to stay!! Literally across the street from a mall (Centro Comercial Santa Fe). It’s an extremely safe area! There’s another mall Rio Sur within walking distance with a nice restaurant. The nightlife scene is a laughable $3 cab ride away. Staff was sooooo on point. All shifts mirrored the same professional and great service mentality. I asked a lot of questions while I was there; they patiently answered all my needs. Shout out to the restaurant; my server was Leidy; so nice and quick to assist.

Personally I want to thanks Maria Isabel, Santiago and Jaime there where above and beyond with the service to me, those are the kind of person who made a big difference in a good stay, thanks to them I am staying again for sure. The location its excellent its at two steps from Santa Fe Mall and its in the heart of El Poblado.The breakfast and attention where awesome.
